EXCHANGE POLICY
What is our exchange policy?
A request for an exchange, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused for any exchanges. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
Exchanges can be made for garments equal to the same full price value. Store credit will be issued back to the customer for exchanges based on the price paid for the garment. As a small business we do not offer a refund back to your credit card.
Items purchased during promotional periods (using a discount or promotion code) are not eligible for exchanges. The particular promotion in issue may have additional, more restrictive terms and conditions.
Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

How do I organize an exchange?
If you've met the above requirements, please email us at support@cherieattire.com to complete your exchange. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
How long will it take to process my exchange?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our warehouse team.
Are exchanges free?
The shipping cost of exchanging item(s) to the Cherie for an exchange, is not covered or reimbursed by us.

THE BEST ENGAGEMENT DRESS EVER!!!!! Top- small fit like a glove. The boob area is alittle small so I altered it to cover more of the boob area. Definitely need to wear cakes if you don’t want your nipples to show. Bottom- large, was alittle big on my waist and altered to be snug, other than than perfect perfect perfect !!! It’s see through so you need to wear spanx under if you don’t want things to show!

It was perfect! No complaints. Size small fit good. Might take in the waist a little for a tiny more fitted look. Loved that the top had a hidden zipper and i didn’t have to undo all the buttons.

Absolutely love my Evelyn Maxi dress. Got so many compliments for it! It’s the perfect cut that really compliments the female body, and its very comfortable due to the jersey fabric. I recommend putting bra tape on the breasts when wearing this dress, if you have small breasts like me :)

I absolutely loved this set. I wore it to a festival and got so many compliments. It was so comfortable and looked great all night. The top wasn't see-through enough for me to have to wear anything under and it kept in place. The shorts were a bit more sheer, but looked great with a pair of black briefs underneath.

Loved the Rose Maxi Dress, the shape is quite beautiful! I’m wearing a size XS, and it fits well for those between sizes 6-8 (AUS). Note: those looking for a more standard white ivory may want to order a different piece as this leans more to a baby yellow ivory.
